Here is a little visual for you to show you how sitting affects the body.
Most of what we do today requires sitting in front of a computer. That means we are sitting for very long periods of time. If this is the case for you, try to take a quick five minute walk every hour or so. Not only will your body thank you, your mind will as well. Also, it will help wake you up if you catch your eyes closing in the middle of work!!
